A name, place, or other detail entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Clare County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the content and contact details needed to respond. The message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
